TCS BPS Hiring 2024 for Any Graduates
The TCS BPS (business process service) division provides non-IT services in their business process services area. Tata Consultancy Services is one of the well-known names due to its IT projects, but its BPS unit is there to connect them with its domains like accounting and finance. One of the best things about the BPS project is TCS will give you a fair chance to work with your expertise domain, accounting, HR, and supply chain management. eg if you are in HR you will be assigned HR-related projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Graduates from B. Com, BA, BAF, BBI, BBA, BBM, BMS, BSc (Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, Zoology) can apply.
- You should not have more than one Active Backlog.
- You must have passed out in the year 2024.
- There should not be a greater gap than 24 months in your complete educational qualification.
Location & Salary:
TCS BPS salary in India ranges between ₹ 1.2 Lakhs to ₹ 3.6 Lakhs.
The job location will be based on the location you choose PAN India, where TCS have their site.

Kindly log on to TCS Next Step Portal. Click on ‘Register Now’, choose the category as ‘BPS’, proceed to fill in your details, and submit your application form.
Please note Multiple entries from a single Individual will lead to disqualification.
Also, make sure your application status in NextStep Portal has moved from “Registered” status to “Application Received”.
Test Process:
TCS iON is the test provider for the “TCS BPS Hiring” process and your test will be of three sections:
- 11 questions of Numerical Ability
- 12 questions about Verbal Ability
- 11 questions on Reasoning Ability
- 5 questions on quantitative aptitude
- 11 questions on data interpretation
The test will be of 65 minutes in total.

- Test Date: 4th June 2024 (Tuesday)
