JOB ROLE-

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer service operations, managing tasks such as resolving complaints, offering information, aiding customers, and keeping detailed records. Your main mode of interaction will be through chat, but you’ll also engage in voice calls as part of the process. In international settings, you’ll primarily provide support through chat and email, ensuring customers around the world receive timely and effective assistance.

ELlGIBILITY CRITERIA-

  • 12th pass/graduate/Postgraduate can apply for this role here.
  • Freshers & experienced are both welcome.

SKILLS REQUIRED  

  • You need to have good communication skills in the English and Hindi language.
  • Average or above typing speed (if not, don’t worry, opportunities for improvement are available through Versant).
  • Freshers are welcome, though experienced candidates may receive preference and a higher salary.

Selection Round-

The interview process is structured into three distinct rounds, each designed to assess different competencies:

  1. HR Round: This initial stage focuses on evaluating your communication skills. A useful tip for preparation is to practice describing your activities from the previous day in English. This exercise can help sharpen your ability to articulate thoughts clearly and coherently.
  2. Versant Round: In this phase, your listening and typing abilities are put to the test. It’s important to note that candidates often receive a second opportunity to demonstrate their skills in this round, so there’s no need to be overly concerned about minor mistakes.
  3. Client Round (Conditional): Not all candidates will undergo this stage, but if it is included in the process, it typically involves a more personalized interaction with a potential client. During this round, you can expect to discuss your motivations for applying to the position, your career aspirations, and where you envision yourself in the next three years. This is an opportunity to showcase not only your professional goals but also your personal growth and development plans.

Each round is designed to assess different facets of your candidacy, from communication skills to technical proficiency and long-term career vision.

Salary & Location:

Currently, they are hiring for 4 on-site locations Noida, Gurugram, Dehradun & Bangalore.

The salary range for these positions is between 20,000 to 40,000 per month. It’s important to note that candidates with more experience may be eligible for higher salary packages and may also be given preference for international projects.
