Accenture Hiring Finance Program & Ops Associate
You will be part of the Finance Operations team, where your role involves gathering operational data/reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions to determine financial outcomes. Specifically, you will be supporting the Procure to Pay Processing team, which aims to improve vendor compliance, prevent savings erosion, and optimize discount capture by working with preferred suppliers. You will also ensure accurate accounting of goods and services, managing the entire procurement and financial process from requisitioning to purchasing and receiving. Responsible for processing expense invoices and claims, following client policies and procedures. This includes auditing claims, posting invoices in the ERP system, resolving discrepancies in withholding tax (WHT) and value-added tax (VAT)/WHT, and preparing invoices for payment.
