Wipro Work Integrated Learning Program 2024

The Integrated Work-Learning Program is an exceptional educational initiative that enables BCA and BSc students to embark on an amazing career journey at Wipro while pursuing their higher degree from a prestigious educational institution in India, supported by Wipro. This program offers students a unique chance to combine their academic pursuits with hands-on work experience at Wipro. It allows them to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical applications, gain exposure to the industry, and cultivate essential skills necessary for their future professional endeavors.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Any BCA or BSc Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, and Physics graduate can apply for this role.
• You must have passed out in  2023, 2024
• Freshers can apply for this.
• You must have completed your education with a 60% or 6.0 CGPA.
• Part-time or distance graduates are eligible – 10th or 12th.
• 3 years gaps are allowed before the commencement of graduation.
• There should be no current active backlogs.
• You must be an Indian Citizen or should hold a PIO or OCI card.
• Bhutan and Nepal Nationals must possess their citizenship certificate.
• You should be 18 years or older.
• Also, it would help if you were done with your 3-month cool-off period.

Locations and Salary:

Wipro is hiring in PAN India.

The salary under Wipro WILP 2024 will be:

• 1st year STIPEND – 15,000 + 488 (ESI)
• 2nd year STIPEND – 17,000 + 553 (ESI)
• 3rd year STIPEND – 19,000 + 618 (ESI)
• 4th year – 23,000

Also, you will be given a Joining Bonus worth 75,000.
