Salary Range	INR 14000 per month to INR 18000 per month

Qualification Required	12th Pass and above

Job Description:

As Virtual Customer Service in Amazon, you get to work from the comfort of your own home and you will need to attend to customer queries via chat, calls, or emails. You will be the frontline of contact and you will have to resolve, escalate and help the customer coming to you with their problems. Don’t worry you will be given 2 weeks of training when amazon hires you for their Virtual Customer Service.

Salary Package and Location:

Your location has to be in work location, if you ask me why since it’s a work from home because amazon provides you their own system and they have development centers over these states, so it will be easier for them to keep track of you technically.

If we talk about the salary part, Amazon will you: INR 14000 per month to INR 18000 per month as mentioned on their website.

Interview Rounds:

Now Interview Rounds are more important while applying on amazon. They take 4 rounds of interviews, which conduct:-

• 20 Question basic English test
• 10 minutes registration followed by 25 minutes Written Versant Test – To evaluate your written English skill
• 20 minutes Cultural Assessment – To understand the cultural fitment
• 30 minutes Virtual Job Try-out – Simulation round to evaluate your multi-tasking skill
