Eligibility Criteria:

• Cognizant Off-Campus Drive 2024 is for B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/MSc candidates.
• You need to have JLPT certification N1/N2/N3 (any one certification) to be eligible to apply.
• You must have a consistent academic record of a minimum of 60% in X, XII, Diploma, UG & PG.

Skills Required

• Should be Japanese Language certified in any one of JLPT N1/N2/N3 and should be able to read & write in Japanese Kanji scripts.
• Must possess analytical skills and must be proactive.
• Should be able to interpret Japanese conversations (written or oral) and understand requirements.
• Must possess excellent English written and communication skills.
• Must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• Good to have programming skills in Java, and Python.

Hiring Process

Here is how their hiring process will go-

• You will need to register on the given link.
• After Screening, they will send you an assessment email and
• You will be invited for the Communication assessment round.
• After you clear the communication round you will be invited for the Aptitude assessment.
• They have one more round which is the SME interview, which will be one and final round.
• Then cognizant will send you a Letter of Intent provided all previous rounds are cleared one by one.

Salary

The Cognizant is offering an annual CTC of INR 400,000.00, comprising a base salary of INR 4,00,000 along with a language premium of INR 75,000.
